SILCOAT PRO
Features:
• Highly weather-resistant
• Microporous and highly diffusible
• Hydrophobic and resistant to driving rain
• Low odour and water-dilutable
• Matt and dirt-resistant
• Alkali-resistant and structure-preserving
• Protective function against aggressive air pollutants
• Easy to apply and quick-drying
• Water vapour permeability: sd (H2O) < 0.03 m according to DIN EN ISO 7783 (high)
• Water permeability rate: w-value < 0.05 kg/(m²·h0.5) according to DIN EN 1062-3 (low)
Areas of application:
For high-quality, environmentally friendly, durable and weather-resistant exterior coatings on mineral, organic and all stable substrates: mineral and silicate paint coatings, intact emulsion paint coatings, sand-lime brickwork, concrete, organically bound plasters, standard plaster (MG PIc, PII, PIII, depending on compressive strength) for new builds and renovations.
SILCOAT SL-SOL
Features:
• Highly weather-resistant
• No added biocides
• Microporous and highly diffusible
• Matt and highly opaque
• Water-repellent
• Low susceptibility to soiling
• Very good adhesion properties
• Low odour and water-dilutable
• Fungus and algae resistant
• High UV stability, acid resistance and antistatic properties
• Water vapour permeability: sd (H2O) < 0.01 m according to DIN EN ISO 7783-2 (high)
• Water permeability rate: w-value < 0.1 kg/(m²·h0.5) according to DIN EN 1062-3 (low)
Areas of application:
Versatile application for mineral, low-tension, weather-resistant silicate coatings on stable, mineral substrates, e.g. exterior plasters (MG PI c, PII, PIII), silicate plasters, old coatings and sand-lime brickwork. Also suitable for load-bearing, organic substrates, such as old coatings and plasters based on dispersion and silicone resin. Especially recommended as a protective coating on ETICS (external thermal insulation composite systems) and for painting historic or listed buildings. Not suitable for plasto-elastic coatings, saponifiable old paints, aerated concrete components, wood-based materials and non-wettable substrates such as varnishes.
ACRYSIL 300
Colour-stable silicone resin facade paint based on pure acrylate
Features:
• Low odour
• White and very matt
• Very good filling and covering capacity
• Preserves structure and is resistant to dirt
• High adhesive strength and chalking stability
• Highly diffusible
• Water-dilutable and low tension
• Very good water repellency
• Environmentally friendly with mineral character
• Protective function against aggressive air pollutants
• Alkali-resistant, therefore unsaponifiable
• Very easy to apply and quick-drying
• Water vapour permeability: sd (H2O) < 0.14 m according to DIN EN ISO 7783 (high)
• Water permeability rate: w-value < 0.1 kg/(m²·h0.5) according to DIN EN 1062-3 (low)
• The coating is protected against algae and fungal growth. The risk of possible algae and fungal infestation is significantly reduced.
Areas of application:
or high-quality, environmentally friendly, weather-resistant and colour-stable facade coatings on all stable, mineral substrates, e.g. exterior plasters (MG PII, PIII), concrete, old aerated concrete coatings, old silicate paints and plasters. Particularly suitable for load-bearing, organically bound substrates, e.g. emulsion paint coatings, synthetic resin or silicone resin plasters.
Depending on the dilution, a structure-preserving or structure-compensating coating is created on rough plasters.
LOTUSAN PRO
Multifunctional façade paint with beading effect
Features:
• Highly weather-resistant
• Microporous and highly diffusible
• Microhydrophilic and driving rain-proof
• Universally applicable and easy to repair
• Free from film preservatives
• Excellent covering power and structure retention
• Protects the substrate from weather/environmental influences and aggressive substances
• Easy to apply and low-tension drying
• Microhydrophilic components: The coating reduces surface moisture! Dew/condensation moisture is absorbed and released again in a short time.
The possible infestation by microorganisms is reduced.
• Special beading effect: Rain rolls off the façade, allowing loose particles to be carried away! The low thermoplasticity of the binder reduces
dirt adhesion.
• Long-term protection: The excellent pigment and UV stability of the binder prevents the colour from fading!

• Protects the substrate from weather/environmental influences and aggressive substances
• Easy to apply and low-tension drying
• Microhydrophilic components: The coating reduces surface moisture! Dew/condensation moisture is absorbed and released again in a short time.
The potential infestation by microorganisms is reduced.
• Special beading effect: Rain rolls off the façade, allowing loose particles to be removed! The low thermoplasticity of the binder reduces
